HOLIDAYS IN ALVOR Excellent T1 in the Alvor, Algarve, Portugal is rented. The apartment is new and was specially equipped thinking about your welfare during your stay. The apartment have, 1 room with couple bed and air conditioner, one bathroom and a kitchen fully equipped and independent of the living room, where you have access to a varanda with a sight for the swimming pool. The living room, also with air conditioner, has 2 individual sofas bed as well as access for a spectacular terrace where you can find a barbecue to tour disposal and a magnificent sight for the sea and the mountain range of Monchique. The apartment has an area of 88 m2 and is only about 1 km of the center of Alvor, with its fantastics restaurants with always cool fish and seafoods, stores and bars with live music for the diversion of all the family. It is equally only about 1 km of the beach of the 3 Brothers and the Prainha (that it is probably one of most prettiest beach of all the Algarve) and only about 3 km of Portimao, with the beach of the Rock (Praia da Rocha) with washed face and with all the nocturnal diversion associated with Portimao. It still makes use of a common swimming pool to the condominium which you can disfrute, having a bar at your disposal.

To smoke is authorized only in varanda and the terrace. It uses the ash trays for the effect. |

The cleanness service is only made before the entrance in the apartment. |

The reserve must be confirmed with 50% of the final value and the remaining pay in the enterance day with the keys. After confirmed the reserve the paid value will not be restituted. |
